Normallylazy Water Help aims for fair, honest dealings with every homeowner who contacts us. Tell us when something goes wrong. This page describes how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Send Us

You may raise concerns about:

  • Your experience calling or otherwise contacting Normallylazy Water Help
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With Provider Services

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their estimates, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work at your home, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep a written record of that discussion.

Please also tell us about your experience. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. A provider that repeatedly fails to meet our expectations may be removed. Normallylazy Water Help cannot resolve contract disputes, refund payments for provider work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@normallylazy.garden. Include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • Which phone number you called or form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of the problem and the action you would like from us

How We Handle Your Message

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. We will then explain our findings and any steps we are taking.

Further Review and Outside Options

If our response does not address your concern, reply and request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a concern involving a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to assist.

Complaint Contact
